At BATS, the Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of critical technical projects, from launch to final delivery, in sensitive and high-stakes contexts.
Your missions:
- Plan, organize, and lead projects in close collaboration with internal teams, clients, and partners.
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of schedules, allocated resources, potential risks, and communication throughout the project.
- Lead project reviews, effectively coordinate all stakeholders, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage technical projects, which are concrete and often deployed directly in the field, requiring constant analysis, adaptation, and precision.
Your profile:
- You are an experienced engineer or project manager, with a solid understanding of complex technical systems (radar, electronics, telecommunications, or integrated systems).
- You demonstrate great rigor, a proven method, and are comfortable coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing demanding projects.
- Your communication skills are excellent, both in French and English.
- You are eligible for security clearance, which is essential for working on our sensitive projects.
