Your future missions and responsibilities

As a member of the BATS team, you may be required to:

  • Participate in analyzing client needs and designing innovative security solutions.
  • Contribute to the development, integration, and deployment of complex systems (radars, sensors, electronics, optics).
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on high-stakes projects, from the study phase to field implementation.
  • Provide your technical expertise to solve concrete challenges and ensure the performance of our systems.
  • Participate in the testing, validation, and maintenance phases of our solutions.

We are looking for profiles who enjoy concrete challenges and the feeling of being useful, in an environment where every project matters.

Desired profiles and qualifications

We are open to diverse profiles, but we particularly value the following skills and qualities:

  • A higher education degree in engineering (electronics, telecommunications, embedded systems, computer science, etc.).
  • Experience in demanding technical environments, ideally in the fields of defense, security, or critical systems.
  • Proven technical curiosity, analytical skills, and rigor.
  • Autonomy and proactivity in task and project management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in French and English.
  • The ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Eligibility for a security clearance is a major asset for our sensitive projects.
